With the transfer of this event to Wellington in 2005, the Nelson-based team soon realised the need for extra management to help maintain the standards expected from this high-profile show, and to help accomodate it's growth for the future.

Chameleon Event Management was called in to assist the existing team with everything else other than the stage area. The aim of the role was to provide a full WOW experience from the moment the audience walk in the door. Chameleon oversaw the foyer displays & lighting, the 'goody' bags, corporate tables, merchandise, security passes, pre & post awards show party thru to liaising with the many suppliers and deliveries during the set-up.

Having already established an ongoing relation ship with many of the event industry contractors, it prooved easy for Chameleon to become the main venue and suppliers liaison and coordinator.

The event required logistics with an artistic flair, while striving to leverage maximum brand presence and awareness. The need for troubleshooting and on-the-spot problem solving was ever-present, but Chameleon's calm management style and vast supplier network prooved to be the key aspect in the smooth running of the event.
